Negotiation Support

Supply Solutions were called in to provide direct negotiation support during a major re-tender for a large out-sourced logistics services project.

This negotiation support included the initial design of the tender documentation particularly the specification of the services required. Then went on to provide mentoring and planning support to the negotiation team followed by critical de-briefing sessions after each round of negotiation with prospective suppliers.

Supply Solutions gave detailed support to the Negotiators during the final selection and contract negotiation phase including helping to define the KPI’s to be used to manage the services.
